# Sign in to the mobile app

> Choose your church and sign in to the mobile app.

## Before you begin

Ask your church administrator how to find your church in the app and which email address is connected to your account. Your church may share a code or QR code to help you find it.

## Sign in

  <Step title="Find your church">
    Open the mobile app. On **Find your church**, search by church name and select your church. You can also enter a church code and select **Continue**, or select **Scan QR code** and scan a code shared by your church. If you cannot use your camera, select **Enter a code instead**.

  <Step title="Confirm the church">
    Check the church name, then select **Continue to \[church name]**. If it is the wrong church, select **Not your church?** and choose again.

  <Step title="Enter your email">
    Enter the email address connected to your church account, then select **Send code**. If **Continue with Google** is available and connected to your account, you can use that instead.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify your email">
    Enter the six-digit code sent to your inbox, then select **Verify**. If the code does not arrive, check that you entered the right email. You can request another code after the countdown finishes.

## If you cannot sign in

* If you cannot find your church, check the spelling or ask your church for its code or QR code.
* If the app does not accept your email, ask your church administrator to confirm which email is connected to your account.
* If you cannot use the QR scanner, enter the church code instead.
