# Connect church services

> Find the setup guide for payments, AI drafting, WhatsApp, or SMS in Faithloft.

Open **Settings** in the staff portal, then choose a page under **Integrations**. Your menu shows only the integration pages you can view. Viewing settings and changing them use separate permissions; if a page is missing or marked read-only, contact your church administrator.

Choose a guide:

* [Set up payment methods](/portal/integrations/payments) to connect how your church accepts donations and choose the default method.
* [Connect an AI provider](/portal/integrations/ai) to enable live AI drafting for your church.
* [Connect WhatsApp](/portal/integrations/whatsapp) to send messages from your church's WhatsApp Business number.
* [Set up SMS](/portal/integrations/sms) to connect an SMS provider, send a test, and choose a primary sender.

These settings affect different parts of Faithloft. Payment methods appear in donation and Giving flows. AI supports drafting features such as campaign and Share Kit content. WhatsApp and SMS are message channels in [Messages](/portal/messages); members must be eligible for the chosen channel to receive a message.
